    Plan

    Every project begins with a clear understanding of the site, the people and the purpose behind the building. We test budget, schedule and constructability before a line is final.

    Permit

For more than three decades, we’ve combined engineering discipline with craftsmanship to build spaces that outlive trends.

Foundry started in 1987 as a two-truck concrete crew on Jacksonville’s Northside. The company now employs 340 people across three offices, and still self-performs the work that matters most: concrete, steel and the finish carpentry clients touch every day.

We are a family-owned general contractor. That means the people who sign your contract are the people who answer the phone when something goes wrong — and nothing about that has changed in two generations.
