A 22-storey office and hotel tower on the St. Johns riverfront, built over a live parking structure.
Northbank Tower replaced a surface lot with a post-tensioned concrete frame and unitised curtain wall. We phased the podium around a working garage, kept river traffic open during crane picks and topped out four weeks early.
